Kickball Classic

Registration

  • Capacity: 80 teams across four tournament levels 
  • What’s included: T-shirt, access to all social events
  • Captain registration opens: Monday, April 15 
  • Player registration opens: Thursday, April 18 
    • Fee increases from $85 (Early Bird) to $95 (Normal) on Monday, April 29. 
  • Team status deadline (minimum number of players must be registered): Monday, May 13.
  • Registration closes: Friday, May 17.
  • Team composition: 12 to 22 players on roster. To guarantee team status and a spot, 12 players must be registered and paid by May 13. 
  • How to choose a division: Captains will choose their teams’ preferred level. The tournament reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary in consultation with the captains.
    • Level A: Most competitive/skills focused
    • Level B: Lean competitive/skills focused
    • Level C: Lean recreational/social
    • Level D: Most recreational/social
  • You can also register for Friday’s Kickball Remix to meet new players from across the U.S.

Tournament Schedule

  • Day 1 (Saturday, July 20): 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; pool play, all teams will advance.
  • Day 2 (Sunday, July 21): 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; single elimination playoffs.

Tournament Format 

  • Teams, single elimination.
  • A team is permitted to field up to 11 players on defense at one time.
  • Minimum number of games: Three to four pool play games depending on tournament size, plus the single elimination playoffs.

We have registered the maximum number of teams for the Kickball Classic tournament. If you are interested in fielding a team, please contact the sport managers listed below and ask to be added to a waitlist. In the event registered kickball classic teams do not meet team status, they may consolidate or forfeit their spot in the tournament, and sport managers will reach out to those on the waitlist to ask if they're still interested in and able to field a team.

Captains will be expected to be the primary points of contact for their players. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the managers for your individual sports. Player conduct and game integrity is a core component of providing a positive experience for all. Tournament leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
